CANADA: Despite Canada Post reaching settlement with its rural workers, it is still batting heads with CUPE. Canada Post is still accepting lettermail and parcels with the usual caveat about potential delays to customers in rural areas.
Lettermail remains available for those preferring that price point, understanding the delay issue and that Zipperloft has no access to Lettermail transit status once in the hands of Canada Post. Customers living far outside urban centres may want to confirm with us that service is still being provided to your area.
USA: We are still shipping to to the States, and while our zippers are made in Canada and the USA the US customs and border protection services may impose reciprocal duties on US orders.
