SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

At checkout you can choose between two shipping options if you are in Canada:

• $4.99 flat-rate oversize mail (no tracking or insurance) up to 360g (about 15 zippers depending on length). Beyond 360g the order will be shipped tracked parcel ...
• $13.99 flat-rate tracked parcel shipping up to 1.25kg
• $17.99 over 1.25kg

SHIPPING TO THE USA

• $10.99 flat-rate tracked parcel shipping to the continental 48 states and Hawaii.

SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES
If you reside out of Canada or the USA, please contact sales @ zipperloft.ca to determine if we will ship to your country, and get a shipping quote. The complexities of meeting European Union shipping and tax requirements prevents us from shipping to those countries, including England.

PREFER PICK UP?
Not a problem. Zipperloft web site customers may choose pickup or select the cheapest shipping and we will refund it once you let us know that you'd rather pick up your order at our Pickering home. At that time we can discuss when your order will be ready and arrange the pickup date and time. Our address and any pickup particulars will be confirmed then as well.

WHY IS SHIPPING HERE CHEAPER THAN ON YOUR ETSY STORE?
Etsy's high fees require us (and most other retailers) to charge more for both products and shipping/services when compared to a standalone site like Zipperloft.ca. Plus Etsy mandates tracked shipping for orders over $15. By shopping here, we get to pass savings on to you.

PREFER PICK UP?

Zipperloft is happy to provide curbside pickup for local residents of Durham and Scarborough. 

Simply specify Local Pickup during checkout and we will notify you via by email (or text) when your order is ready. We can arrange a pickup date and time that suits you, and directions to our address and any pickup particulars will be confirmed then.

We inspect every item before shipping to ensure your order is in pristine condition when it leaves our office. That said, Zipperloft has a no-hassle return policy.

Contact us at sales @ zipperloft.ca within 14 days of receipt of your order together with photo(s) and description showing the problem. Be sure to include your order number in your email. 

If the issue is a defective item we will either replace the item or refund the item cost once it has been returned to our office.

Returns - Stock Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number, email and shipping address as proof of purchase. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected and if the refund is approved, will be credited back via your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
