Shipping policy

We attempt to ship orders every business day. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Saturday are usually shipped Sunday morning.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
LETTER MAIL (NO TRACKING) SMALL LIGHT PARCELS

  • $6.99 up to 400 grams

FLAT RATE FULLY TRACKED PARCEL

  • $14.49 up to 1.2kg
  • $18.99 over 1.2kg

If knowing the shipping progress of your parcel is important to you, please select a tracked shipping option. Letter mail shipments are just like sending a postcard - once in the hands of the post office its whereabouts remain a mystery until delivery to you.

SHIPPING TO THE USA
Our zippers are made by YKK plants in Canada and the USA and qualify under CUSMA (Canada-United States-Mexico Trade Agreement) as qualifying products exempt from U.S. import tariffs.

Note: We've had to raise shipping prices slightly due to fuel surcharges imposed by carriers.  Hopefully temporary.

FLAT RATE FULLY TRACKED PARCEL

  • USPS Tracked Parcel - up to 1lb $9.25 USD
  • USPS Tracked Parcel 1-2lbs $11.50 USD
  • USPS Tracked Parcel 2-4lbs $13.49 USD
  • USPS Tracked Parcel 4+lbs $18.50 USD

Starting August 29, 2025 U.S. orders incur a processing fee levied by US Customs and the importing broker. This appears at checkout on the “fees” line and is remitted by us when we purchase the shipping label. 

TO OTHER COUNTRIES
Shipping to EU countries and the UK requires packaging, recycling, representation, and VAT compliance that is cost‑prohibitive for small businesses, so we are not currently able to ship to those regions.

If you live outside Canada or the USA (and outside the EU / UK, which we do not ship to), please email sales@zipperloft.ca to check whether shipping to your country is possible and to receive a quote.

PREFER PICK UP?
Not a problem!  Just choose pickup if offered as an option or select the cheapest shipping and we will refund it once you let us know that you'd rather pick up your order at our Pickering home. We'll let you know when it's ready and provide our address.
