SECTION 1 – USING OUR STORE

Welcome to Zipperloft! When you browse our site or buy something from us, you’re agreeing to these terms. They’re here to keep everything running smoothly for everyone.

You need to be old enough to shop online where you live, and you agree not to use our site for anything harmful or illegal. Pretty standard stuff.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e‑commerce platform we use to offer our products and services.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We want Zipperloft to be a great experience for all customers. We may refuse service if something seems unsafe, abusive, or clearly not on the level.

Payment details are always encrypted. We never receive your credit card information — only confirmation that your payment was successful and your order is valid.

Please don’t copy or reuse our content, photos, or designs without permission.

We try hard to keep everything accurate and up to date, but mistakes can happen. If you’re unsure about something, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to clarify.

Some information may be historical or may change over time. We may update things without notice.

Prices and product details can change. We may update, pause, or discontinue products or services at any time. If something changes after you place an order, we’ll do our best to communicate clearly.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Some items may have limited quantities.

Zipper colours may look slightly different on your screen than they do in real life — that’s normal. If you’re matching fabric, we recommend ordering the Definitive Colour Guide.

We may limit who we sell to or how many items someone can buy, especially if something looks like reseller activity. We want real customers to get first dibs.

We aim for quality, but we can’t guarantee every product will meet every expectation — though we always try. If you ever have an issue with one of our products, please let us know at sales@zipperloft.ca.

SECTION 4 – BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We may cancel or adjust orders that look unusual or high‑risk (for example, multiple orders using the same payment info or address). If that happens, we’ll try to contact you first using the information you provided.

Please keep your account details up to date so we can reach you if needed.

SECTION 5 – OTHER THINGS

Sometimes we use tools or features created by other companies, such as our product review app. We don’t control these tools, so use them only if you’re comfortable with their terms.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you’re giving us permission to use them as we see fit. We don’t have to keep them confidential or compensate you — but we always appreciate hearing from you.

Please keep things respectful and lawful. We want Zipperloft to stay a positive space.

We may link to other websites. In most cases we don’t own or control them, so we can’t take responsibility for content or policies that aren’t ours. If you choose to interact with those sites, please review their terms.

SECTION 6 – PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy (linked in our site footer).

SECTION 7 – LEGAL ODDS & ENDS

If we make a mistake — like a typo, wrong price, or missing info — we can correct it at any time, even after you place an order. We’ll always aim to be fair and transparent.

We do our best to keep the site running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be perfect or available. We’re not responsible for losses or damages that happen from using our site or products, as far as the law allows.

If your actions cause us legal trouble or costs, you agree to cover those costs.

Prohibited uses? We don’t need a long list — just use the site responsibly. Don’t break the law, harm others, or try to interfere with the site’s security or functionality.

If one part of these terms becomes invalid, the rest still applies.

You can stop using the site anytime. We may also end your access if you break the rules.

These terms are the full agreement between you and us.

Ontario and Canadian law apply.

We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after changes, that means you accept them.
