Refund policy

Nobody likes returns, and we want you to love what you ordered. We inspect every item before it leaves our office to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition. Still, things can happen and if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, use the Contact link in the Support menu or email us at sales@zipperloft.ca. We’ll confirm the return and provide instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without contacting us first won’t be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away with photos so we can make it right. For defective items, we’ll replace the item or refund the item cost once it has been returned to us.
Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items
Some items can’t be returned:
- Custom‑ordered zippers (made specifically for you)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask — we’re happy to help.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, the quickest method is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
