If your address is in the pickup catchment area, you will be presented with a Local Pickup option at checkout. By choosing that, we will notify you via email (or text) when your order is ready. Zipperloft is happy to provide curbside pickup for local residents of Durham and Scarborough.

If your address is in the pickup catchment area, you will be presented with a Local Pickup option at checkout. By choosing that, we will notify you via email (or text) when your order is ready. We can arrange a pickup date and time that suits you, and directions to our address and any pickup particulars will be confirmed then.

If you are outside the catchment area but coming to Pickering and want pickup, place your order and contact Dan to let him know. The shipping charged will be refunded after pickup.

We inspect every item before shipping to ensure your order is in pristine condition when it leaves our office. That said, Zipperloft has a no-hassle return policy.

You’ll also need to provide your order number, email, and shipping address as proof of purchase. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
