If your address is in the pickup catchment area you will be presented with a Local Pickup option at checkout. By choosing that we will notify you via by email (or text) when your order is ready. We can arrange a pickup date and time that suits you, and directions to our address and any pickup particulars will be confirmed then.

If you are outside the catchment area but coming to Pickering and want pickup, place your order and contact Dan to let him know. The shipping charged will be refunded after pickup.

We inspect every item before shipping to ensure your order is in pristine condition when it leaves our office. That said, Zipperloft has a no-hassle return policy.

If the issue is a defective item we will either replace the item or refund the item cost once it has been returned to our office.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number, email and shipping address as proof of purchase. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected and if the refund is approved, will be credited back via your original payment method.
