Letter mail shipping notice: Please note that if you request letter mail shipping your order is not eligible for tracking. We take every effort to ensure all orders arrive promptly and safely, but understand that letter mail parcels may take longer to reach you compared to tracked shipping methods. Once shipped we have no information regarding the status or location of letter mail parcels.
If knowing the shipping progress of your parcel is important to you please select a tracked shipping option. Letter mail shipments are just like sending a postcard - once in the hands of the post office its whereabouts remain a mystery until delivered.

SHIPPING TO THE USA
Our YKK zippers are made in Canada. The only exception is Everbright which are made in Japan. No zipper purchase should cause an import tariff to be charged. If this should happen, contact us so we can investigate. Colour Guides are printed in China, as are the Luxcrafter hardware we carry. Those will incur an import tariff if ordered.

If you reside out of Canada or the USA, please contact sales @ zipperloft.ca to determine if we will ship to your country and if so, for a shipping quote.
Not a problem. Zipperloft web site customers may choose pickup or select the cheapest shipping and we will refund it once you let us know that you'd rather pick up your order at our Pickering home. At that time we can discuss when your order will be ready and arrange the pickup date and time. Our address and any pickup particulars will be confirmed then as well.
Since 2023 Etsy has mandated that Etsy sellers ship all orders using a tracked shipping option, despite the distance of package size. This - plus Etsy's higher operating fees - require us along with most other Etsy retailers - to charge more compared to a standalone site like Zipperloft.ca. By shopping here, we pass our savings on to you via lower shipping costs!

PREFER PICK UP?
Zipperloft is happy to provide curbside pickup for local residents of Durham and Scarborough.
If your address is in the pickup catchment area you will be presented with a Local Pickup option at checkout. By choosing that we will notify you via by email (or text) when your order is ready. We can arrange a pickup date and time that suits you, and directions to our address and any pickup particulars will be confirmed then.
If you are outside the catchment area but coming to Pickering and want pickup, place your order and contact Dan to let him know. The shipping charged will be refunded after pickup.
DAMAGE
We inspect every item before shipping to ensure your order is in pristine condition when it leaves our office. That said, Zipperloft has a no-hassle return policy.
Contact us at sales @ zipperloft.ca within 14 days of receipt of your order together with photo(s) and description showing the problem. Be sure to include your order number in your email. If the issue is a defective item we will either replace the item or refund the item cost once it has been returned to our office.
RETURNS - Stock Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number, email and shipping address as proof of purchase. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected and if the refund is approved, will be credited back via your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
