Returns, Replacements and Refunds

We inspect every item before shipping to ensure your order is in pristine condition when it leaves our office. That said, Zipperloft has a no-hassle return policy.

Contact us at vip @ zipperloft.ca within 14 days of receipt of your order together with photo(s) and description showing the problem. Be sure to include your order number in your email. 

If the issue is a defective item we will either replace the item or refund the item cost once it has been returned to our office.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
