Also please note that YKK Canada does not stock every zipper metal finish in every colour shown in this book. The available colours for Canada can be as few as two dozen up to 150 depending on the zipper size and metal type. Odd as it sounds, just because a colour appears in the catalogue does not mean YKK Canada can provide it.
We attempt to ship orders every business day. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Saturday are usually shipped Sunday morning.

If knowing the shipping progress of your parcel is important to you, please select a tracked shipping option. Letter mail shipments are just like sending a postcard - once in the hands of the post office its whereabouts remain a mystery until delivery to you.

Our zippers are made by YKK plants in Canada and are exempt from import tariffs.

SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES
If you reside out of Canada or the USA, please contact sales @ zipperloft.ca to determine if we will ship to your country and get a shipping quote. Note too that the complexities of meeting European Union shipping, packaging, consumer protection and tax/VAT requirements makes it aggravating and unprofitable to ship to the EU and Northern Ireland.
PREFER PICK UP?
Not a problem. Zipperloft web site customers may choose pickup or select the cheapest shipping and we will refund it once you let us know that you'd rather pick up your order at our Pickering home. At that time we can discuss when your order will be ready and arrange the pickup date and time. Our address and any pickup particulars will be confirmed then as well.
WHY IS SHIPPING HERE CHEAPER THAN ON YOUR ETSY STORE?
Since 2023 Etsy has mandated that Etsy sellers ship all orders using a tracked shipping option when the order total is $15 or more. Also, Etsy's high operating fees require us (and most other Etsy retailers) to charge more for product listing / shipping and transaction fees, compared to a standalone site like Zipperloft.ca. By shopping here, we pass our savings on to you via lower prices!

PREFER PICK UP?
Zipperloft is happy to provide curbside pickup for local residents of Durham and Scarborough.
If your address is in the pickup catchment area you will be presented with a Local Pickup option at checkout. By choosing that we will notify you via by email (or text) when your order is ready. We can arrange a pickup date and time that suits you, and directions to our address and any pickup particulars will be confirmed then.
If you are outside the catchment area but coming to Pickering and want pickup, place your order and contact Dan to let him know. The shipping charged will be refunded after pickup.
DAMAGE
We inspect every item before shipping to ensure your order is in pristine condition when it leaves our office. That said, Zipperloft has a no-hassle return policy.
Contact us at sales @ zipperloft.ca within 14 days of receipt of your order together with photo(s) and description showing the problem. Be sure to include your order number in your email. If the issue is a defective item we will either replace the item or refund the item cost once it has been returned to our office.
RETURNS - Stock Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number, email and shipping address as proof of purchase. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected and if the refund is approved, will be credited back via your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
