If the issue is a defective item, we will either replace the item or refund the item cost once it has been returned to our office.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number, email, and shipping address as proof of purchase. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping to EU countries and the UK requires packaging, recycling, representation, and VAT compliance that is cost‑prohibitive for small businesses, so we are not currently able to ship to those regions.

Zipperloft is happy to provide curbside pickup for local residents of Durham and Scarborough.

If your address is in the pickup catchment area, you will be presented with a Local Pickup option at checkout. By choosing that, we will notify you via email (or text) when your order is ready. We can arrange a pickup date and time that suits you, and directions to our address and any pickup particulars will be confirmed then.
