EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a comprehensive data privacy and security law from the European Union (EU) that came into effect in 2018, designed to give EU citizens greater control over their personal data. It sets strict rules for how organizations collect, process, store, and transfer personal data, applying to companies within and outside the EU that process the data of EU residents. Key aspects of GDPR include individual rights, obligations for data controllers and processors, and significant fines for non-compliance.
We currently do not sell to customers in the EU due to the onerous requirements imposed by GDPR, EU tax policies and other impediments imposed by the EU on retailers that have the potential to negatively impact maintaining a profitable business.
