- Genuine YKK Metal Zippers in 23 colours, 3 finishes
- 5mm chain - closed end
- 2 Pull styles - Donut (8MSL) and Ladder (8DHR), auto-locking
- Finish - Antique, Nickel-Silver, Golden Brass
- Tape end to end is 1" (2.5cm) longer than zipper length (e.g., a 9" (22.9cm) zipper has a 10" (25.4cm) tape)
- The wider 1.25" (3.2cm) tape makes insertion easier

We ship orders every business day, so if yours is in before 2pm it has a good chance of going out the same day. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Saturday are shipped Sunday morning.
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
Canada Post has implemented a surcharge for fuel which has affected the shipping costs. We will check the current surcharge rate each month to ensure neither you nor we are being cheated.
At checkout you can choose between two shipping options if you are in Canada:
- $13.99 flat-rate tracked parcel shipping
- this will increase to $17.99 when exceeding 1.25kg
- $4.49 flat-rate oversize mail (no tracking or insurance) up to 300g (about 15 zippers), or
- $6.99 flat rate oversized up to 500g (about 25 zippers)
- Beyond 500g the package exceeds the limit for regular mail so must be shipped as a tracked parcel per above.
SHIPPING TO THE USA
- $10.99 flat-rate tracked parcel shipping to the continental 48 states and Hawaii.
SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES
If you reside out of Canada or the USA, please contact email@example.com to determine if we will ship to your country, and a shipping quote.
PREFER PICK UP?
Not a problem. Choose pickup or select the cheapest shipping and we will refund it once you let us know you'd rather pick up your order at our Pickering home. At that time we can discuss when your order will be ready and arrange the pickup date and time then. Our address and any pickup particulars will be confirmed then as well.

Covid-19 continues to impose challenges on Canada Post and the USPS with respect to maintaining timely deliveries and meeting published service standards. Please be patient if delays are affecting your area.

PREFER PICK UP?
Zipperloft is happy to provide curbside pickup for local residents of Durham and Scarborough.
Simply specify Local Pickup during checkout and we will notify you via by email (or text) when your order is ready. We can arrange a pickup date and time that suits you, and directions to our address and any pickup particulars will be confirmed then.
We inspect every item before shipping to ensure your order is in pristine condition when it leaves our office. That said, Zipperloft has a no-hassle return policy.
Contact us at sales @ zipperloft.ca within 14 days of receipt of your order together with photo(s) and description showing the problem. Be sure to include your order number in your email.
If the issue is a defective item we will either replace the item or refund the item cost once it has been returned to our office.
Returns - Stock Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number, email and shipping address as proof of purchase. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected and if the refund is approved, will be credited back via your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
